An intervention corresponds to a specific technical maintenance or support task.
If a task requires more time or becomes a larger job, it will be budgeted separately or divided into several interventions.
Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The usual turnaround time for these interventions is 24-48 working hours.
If an out-of-hours emergency or priority intervention not included in the plan is requested, it will be billed as follows intervention with a surcharge of 50 %.
